Since ancient times shankh has been used on various religious occasions their sound has the power to dispel the negativity from surroundings and some are even worshipped as their closeness to Lakshmi and Narayan. Blowing a shankh produces lots of positive vibrations which enhances the positivity in the surroundings. The powerful sound produced from blowing a shankh removes all the negativity within oneself and has a positive effect on health and in awakening spirituality within oneself.
